I have used it continuously since then.
It has worked flawlessly in calculating numerous real estate deals in my field of non-profit housing development.

Congratulations on such a durable product in an industry where product lifespans are often measured in months.

I am a practicing attorney (43 yrs.). I do a fair amount of real estate work, real estate settlements, estate work, domestic work and litigation. I use REM III in all phases from time to time. I primarily use the basic functions of calculator and estimating monthly payments for mortgages and notes generally. It has been a very handy tool for me over the years. I have been using the REM III & earlier models for, perhaps, 20 yrs. So long I can't remember. Since my daughter is now practicing with me, I purchased 2 REM IIIs.

I use it primarily for loan amortizaions. Would be nice if there was a 360-day loan amort. option as this is what most commercial loans are based on.

I don't know what a realtor would do without this calculator out in the field. We tend to rely on computers so much that we need something accurate and easy to operate to use out in the field. And that is usually where I need it the most, out in a field somewhere.
