General Shipping Information
We ship most orders via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail, UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx Ground, and therefore require a physical street address for shipment. For APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Protectorates, we ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Normally, we ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If you reside in North America and select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. So you can expect to receive your order 4 to 8 days after placing it.
If you select 2-Day Shipping (e.g., UPS Blue-Label) you must remember to add the additional day for handling, making your total 3 days, not 2. (Note: For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, standard shipping is via 2-Day Air.)
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if a return is a result of our error.

2-Day Air Shipping Costs - 48 Continental U.S. States
Two-day Air packages will require an additional day for processing.
Shipping charges for 2-Day Air in the Continental U.S. for all electronic products (except DigiRollers) are $15.95 for the first unit and $1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address. One-day shipping charges for DigiRollers are $60.00 for each unit; due to the DigiRoller's size, they must be shipped separately, therefore, there is no discount for additional units.

Shipping charges (except rural Alaska and rural Hawaii*, as defined by UPS) for all electronic products (except DigiRollers) are $19.95 for the first unit and $1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address. Shipping charges for DigiRollers are $35.00 for each unit; due to the DigiRoller's size, they must be shipped separately, therefore, there is no discount for additional units.
*For rural Alaska and rural Hawaii, add $15.00 per order to the above costs.

Shipping charges for orders shipping to Guam, Virgin Islands, America Samoa and other U.S. Protectorates for all electronic products (except DigiRollers) are $15.95 for the first unit and $1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address. Overnight service is available for $25.95 for the first unit and $1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address. Standard shipping for these products to U.S. Protectorates is via the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping charges for DigiRollers are $75.00 for each unit; due to the DigiRoller's size, they must be shipped separately, therefore, there is no discount for additional units.

Standard & Express Shipping Costs - Canada
We ship to Canada via Surface (UPS or RPS). This generally takes about 4 to 7 days. Shipping charges for all electronic products (except DigiRollers) are $14.95 for the first unit and $1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address. Shipping charges for DigiRollers are $45.00 for each unit; due to the DigiRoller's size, they must be shipped separately, therefore, there is no discount for additional units. (Note: We cannot ship DigiRollers to Canada other than by Surface.)
Two-day Air and overnight shipping to Canada is very expensive, and we do not recommend it. However, we will ship all electronic products (except DigiRollers) via 1-Day Air (which is really a two-day service) for U.S. $25.95 for the first unit and U.S.$1.95 for each additional unit shipped to the same address.

Shipping Costs - International Orders
Shipping charges and shipping times for International orders outside of Canada vary widely. Therefore, if you are ordering from such locations, we suggest you first attempt to contact one of our International Distributors. If one is not available in your area for the product you wish to order, please contact custservice@calculated.com and we will e-mail you shipping costs and estimated times for the item you are requesting.
Accessories
There is no shipping charge for accessories for standard shipping service. Accessories can be shipped via expedited services, however, for the following additional charge:

Parts
Pricing for parts, such as batteries or User's Guides, includes standard shipping which is generally by U.S. mail. Parts can be shipped via expedited services for the following additional charge:
