Guidelines for Using the Calculated Industries' Trademark and/or Logo:

You may use the Calculated Industries Trademark and/or Logo solely for the purpose of promoting Calculated Industries or its products.

You may not use the Calculated Industries Trademark or Logo to disparage Calculated Industries, its products or services, or in a manner which, in Calculated Industries' reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage Calculated Industries' goodwill.

You may not display the Calculated Industries Trademark or Logo in any manner that implies sponsorship, or endorsement by Calculated Industries.

You may not alter (e.g., change the proportion, color, or font) the Calculated Industries Logo in any manner.

The Calculated Industries Logo must appear by itself, with reasonable spacing between each side of the Logo and other graphic or textual elements.

You must use the symbol adjacent to the Calculated Industries Trademark.

You must include the following statement in your materials that include the Calculated Industries Trademark or Logo: CALCULATED INDUSTRIES is the registered trademark of Calculated Industries, Inc.

You acknowledge that all rights to the Calculated Industries Trademark and/or Logo are the exclusive property of Calculated Industries and all goodwill generated through your use of them will inure to the benefit of Calculated Industries.

Calculated Industries reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time.
