I love most features of the product. I have purchased a new one every other year for 12 years as I wear out the buttons. Someone decided it would be an awesome idea to switch where the + and _ signs are which is extremely annoying. I also didn't like the fact that the PMI, tax and ins buttons are only "Shift" accessible.
