I have been using my Qualifier Plus for years and I love this calculator- it is the best and easiest way for me to do my work!! Calculating mortgages doesn't have to be rocket science!
Now with the new iphone app I don't have to leave home without it or carry yet another device!!! The email capability is a great enhancement!!! Thank you thank you!!! Together we've saved many homes from foreclosure!
