I congratulate Calculated Industries for making my life simpler. I hardly have to think when dealing with feet-inch & Metre units simultaneously, be it on AutoCad or drawing X-sections of road work.
Construction Master Pro

I have been using a Construction Master IV since 2000 I always keep it close at hand in its Armadillo case. It has survived the rigors of the jobsite and has never failed to provide quick and accurate conversions and calculations whenever needed. I find myself doing a lot of work on the computer with CAD and design programs and the Construction Master IV has been left in the work shop. So I purchased the Construction Master Pro for windows. I now have the best calculator for construction projects right on my computer desktop. Both of my calculators are serving me well and are used daily in my work. I would recommend to anyone who needs fast accurate calculations to help get the job done.

A Must Have
User: Matt, Owner of Woodmaster Remodeling from Iowa
I have been using construction master calculators since they first came on the market, and this is basically a CM graphic user interface for windows. It is very handy for doing estimates, drafting, and just about everything I do as far as construction math. I have actually set the calculator function for windows to point to CM since it is really my go to calculator. I also have one on my android phone, and it is very nice to have one everywhere you go.

It is so awesome to have my Construction Master Pro everywhere now. It is usually in my work trailer or truck. Now I can use it on my PC, my phone, and at work. I use it every day. Quoting jobs, doing the jobs.... Awesome tool! Great investment.

The desktop version of Construction Pro is a familiar tool and very easy to use. Once you get the hang of using the ten key pad with your right hand and the keyboard with your left (to select feet, inches or other keys) it might be even easier to use than the actual calculator we carry on the job site. I have started to use the project tape to keep with the estimating notes as a record of my calculations. Now that I have installed the App on my phone as well I am never without this essential tool.

I have used the hand held version for close to 20 years and the only problem was wearing out the On/Off button (could just be the cold temperatures). The computer version is sweet as I can do all my work in the comfort of my home!

I've been using Construction Master Pro for years...I'd be lost without it...I keep it up in the corner of my desktop, always on while I'm working. It's invalueable.
User: Craig Smith from Reno, NV
Have been using the hand held calculator for years and purchased the laptop version which is every bit as useful.
User: John Barnes, Journeyman Carpenter from Edmonton, AB
I have it on my phone, computer, and have a physical model and use them all. if there was one thing to change it is that every time I click on the program it opens a whole new calculator instead of going to the one that is already open. I guess that is good for having different calculations all at the same time, so it is a good thing at the same time.

i have the construction master calculator, using the windows version is the same as having the calculator in hand. works great
User: Doug Lingner, Owner of Professional Shop Drawing Services from Oak View, CA
the product meets my expectations. i have been using a hand held product for years. now i am not in the field at all. just in the office drawing so the calculator on my computer makes drafting easier. i also convert drawings to metric and use the converter much of the time.

This product I use on my Laptop as well as my Desktop. I have 4 pocket models and 2 desktop models of the same calculator, which I have used at jobs since the "80's". It is a great tool to use in conjunction with AutoCAD when draw actual size, both in the field and the office. As I have used the system for a long time, it was like seeing an old friend again when I found it to use on my computers, not to mention an other device I always had to have with me.

I think the product is Outstanding! I recommended the use of it to a company called Sketchlist which allows the user to create woodworking designs and plans.
User: Scott Ward, Owner of Custom Carpentry from Hereford Tx
As good as all the other products at Calculated Industries. Very handy to have on computer as the calculator is usually in my pickup or job site.

I keep it on my desktop constantly. Uses 20mb ram which is a drop in the memory bucket. It calculates anything I need for estimating, dimensioning, roof cuts, gable studs, stairs, trig functions, and on and on. It is a really great product.
User: Ian Locke, Special Effects Shop Foreman of FXMETALWORX from Toronto, Ontario, CA
I fabricate for the film industry to an extremely tight time schedule. I currently own 3 Construction Master calculators that are in use all over the shop. I find the software version invaluable when I'm on the computer designing rigs or deciphering fabrication drawings.
An old friend - on my PC
User: Joe Stoddard, Principal of Mountain Consulting Group, LLC from Corning, NY
I bought one of the very first CMs way back then... still have it, and still use it almost every day. The software version is fantastic, just like the handheld version but even better and more configurable. Required software for any builder/remodeler.
User: Jai Yuh, Owner of East West Creations from Norhtridge, CA
I am a general contractor and I have a cabinet shop. The Construction Master Pro is a vital product for my business.
User: Andy Moreau, Project Coordinator of Mustang Engineering from Eunice, LA
It works just like my hand held that I keep in my truck. This way I do not need to carry my hand held around to both offices and home.
Good Windows Calc
User: LouisRZ, Piping Designer from Paramus, NJ
Good to have a Windows version of the handheld Calc I had for a few years. Would like the copy / paste to convert into numeric so I can paste into a cad program. otherwise better on my desktop than on my desk.
