| The only thing I see needed added to the calculator is data on sewer pipe sizes. As a rule, calculating flow rates in sewer pipe is different than water but the OD, ID, weight and other information would be very useful. |

| Saves me time because I don’t need to find the applicable reference guide to find the appropriate information. I know the information I need is available, but finding it is the difficult part. The simple pipe fitting take -off calculations (offsets, cut lengths, etc) I feel any qualified pipe fitter should know to simply be employed. For my position, I'm more concerned with flows, gpm, capacities, etc. I use it to figure GPM, or gallons per foot, or weight of pipe with liquid. I know the formulas to equate such, but they are lengthy...the calculator allows me to find the answers within 30 seconds. I would recommend this product. |
