| I too had an expirence on the real estate side of things. I was in an open house and a customer asked what her monthly loan payments would be. and I gave her an unofficial estimate in less than a minute. Unfortunately mine was cooked in my car. |

| I love this calculator! I studied the cd briefly and have down the basic functions. I used it the first day I had it. A client asked me to find out what he could afford based on a "comfortable payment" and I provided it with ease. I don't know how I functioned without it, it's with me at all times now. |
