Advertising Allowance Accrual:
2% of net purchases for qualifying accounts.
Reimbursement Method:
Credit memo applicable only to purchase.

Advertising: within same calendar year

Reseller submits claim for $850. After ads are approved by Calculated's Advertising Department as being in compliance with this program, the following applies:

Reseller's Account Credited $711
(Note: Reseller will only be credited for up to 2% of annual net purchases) | |

- Newspapers: Datelined full-page tearsheet; paid media invoice
- Newspaper Inserts: Complete copy of piece; paid media invoice
- Magazines: Complete copy of publication; paid media invoice
- Circulars: Complete copy of piece; paid media invoice
- Flyers: Complete copy of piece; paid media invoice
- Buckslip: Complete copy of piece; paid media invoice
- Direct Mail: Complete copy of piece; postal form 3602; paid media invoice
- Radio: Station affidavit; script; paid media invoice
- TV: Station affidavit; script; paid media invoice
- Cable TV: Station affidavit; script; paid media invoice
Note: All omnibus ads or pieces credited in proportion to space allocated to CI product(s).
Advertising Specifications:
- Product must be illustrated
- Trademarked name required & must be prominently displayed
- Product must be accurately described
- Price must be listed
- Calculated Industries, Inc. name or logo must be displayed
