| Ilove this calculator. I was a hard-core HP user for most of my 20 plus year career in Real Estate and Finance. NO MORE!!! I love my new calculator. One of the biggest bonuses is I can actually SEE the buttons and it is so easy to use. |

| Though this looked about the same as the handheld model on the screen, it turned out to much be bigger. At almost 6 3/8x9, I was not expecting such a large instrument. However, it is easier to use with equally large buttons and it has only 3 more than the handheld to avoid confusion. The rent,tax savings and of course the periodic keys all have one of their own. I am quite pleased with the ease in calculating figures for the real estate class |

| This calculator makes it very simple and intuitive to solve all sorts of mortgage, or loan in general, problems, and a lot more! MUCH easier than a HP 12C or 10B. Very powerful, but practical. I am a finance professional and I love it. Excellent manual too. |
